To sign up for internet banking, please download, print and complete the appropriate application. You can also stop by one of our offices for an application.
Either mail or bring your completed application to any Bank of Richmondville branch location. (Note: commercial customers must visit a branch office and see a customer service representative.*) You should receive your NetTeller ID within 7 business days.
Our online banking "applications" are saved as PDF files, which require Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it by clicking on the "Get Adobe Acrobat Reader" icon to the right. This will work for both PCs and Macintosh Computers.
Take Advantage of Online Bill Paying
If you are already a NetTeller Online Banking Consumer and you would like to add the Bill Pay feature to your account, simply complete and submit the following application:
Obtain your NetTeller Online ID
In order to activate NetTeller Online banking you must have a NetTeller ID. Your NetTeller ID must be applied for and will be received directly from the Bank of Richmondville. Your original personal identification number, called a NetTeller Password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number, or if a business, the last 4 digits of your Federal ID number. To Log In to NetTeller Online banking —
- Enter your NetTeller ID and NetTeller Password, then click on "submit"
- The first time you enter your NetTeller ID and NetTeller Password, you will be prompted to select a new Password (required for additional security)
- Once you've entered, or confirmed, your password, you will be presented with an "account listing" page and you're on your way – it’s that easy
